SHOOTER'S POSITION

Before shooting Michael, eye witnesses testified that Officer Gonzales was on Michael's right side, between the two officers who had Michael pinned against a vehicle, proven by the muzzle stamp of the gun, the trajectory of the bullet through Michael’s head, the location of the shell casing, and eyewitness testimony. It was not possible for Officer Gonzales to be standing in front of the vehicle as officer’s testified. Had Gonzales been on Michael’s right side, then he could have verified that Mike did not have a weapon and would not be justified in shooting Michael.
